Title: Screening Circle
Artist: Andy Deck
Desc.: Andy Deck's 'Screening Circle' in a way adapts the age old tradition of quilt making. Bringing it into the 21st century Deck has created a work in which users merely 'click' on a square (square varies in color). In doing so the user is presented with a myriad of other squares, each one containing a design of sorts. Each piece can - and usually is - made by one or several people, this is done in the center of this panel with is left blank. Whether or not it was Deck's initial intention remains to be seen, but for some this might inspire them to pick up a needle and thread and start sewing all their own.
